SHIPPING AND RETURNS
OUR HK DELIVERY OPTIONS
Once the order and payment have been confirmed, the order will be delivered to the customers by the logistic service provider(s) designated by POLYWINER LIMITED (“POLYWINER”). The logistics service provider(s) will deliver the goods to the delivery address accordingly.
客人可選擇送貨或地鐵站自取。星期一至日上午10時前，訂單經我方核實收妥款項後，會在下一個工作天內發貨，我們的速運公司會依照客人訂單所指示的收件地址把貨品送到收件人
LOCAL DELIVERY
(i) 任何訂單滿$499可享有免費本地送貨
Free local delivery is available for orders above $499 within Hong Kong.
*Currently do not deliver to the Outlying Islands, except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung
*現時暫無向以下地區送貨：離島區 (除馬灣、愉景灣及東涌外)
MTR STATIONS PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Mong Kok/Kowloon Tong/Central Stations. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
你可以省去運費，在旺角/九龍塘/中環站免費本地取貨。來時請攜帶您的訂單確認電子郵。
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving another notification when your order has shipped.
所有訂單都將在收到另一個通知後的 1 至 3 個工作日內處理。
In addition, if you have a request for a specific delivery arrangement (e.g. time etc.), you may contact POLYWINER for such arrangement.
如果您有特定的送貨安排（例如時間等）的要求，您可以聯繫 POLYWINER 進行此類安排。
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
除非您購買的商品有瑕疵，否則我們不接受退貨或換貨。
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at polywiner@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
